All products that are purchased from Forward Press Ltd are covered by a 28 day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us in new condition for a refund. Likewise if the product is damaged then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund.

3. Despatch

Orders are normally despatched within three working days. Pre-publication orders will be despatched three to five working days from the publication date (unless already in stock). Orders are despatched by Royal Mail first/second class or courier to UK addresses, and airmail to overseas.

4. Privacy
