What is the inspiration behind Need2Know?
Need2Know aims to provide straightforward, essential information in the key areas young people, parents, teachers, carers and professionals need to know about.

How many days should I expect for delivery?
Orders are normally despatched within three working days. Pre-publication orders will be despatched three to five working days from the publication date (unless already in stock). Orders are despatched by Royal Mail first/second class or courier to UK addresses, and airmail to overseas.

If I don’t want to purchase my book through the online shop, what can I do?
If you don’t want to place your order over the internet, you can call Need2Know on 01733 898103 or email sales@n2kbooks.com.

Can we use the online shop if we are a school or organisation?
You can purchase the books through the shop, but if you want to send a purchase order and be invoiced, give us a call on 01733 898103 or send your order details to sales@n2kbooks.com

Can I get a refund?
All products that are purchased from Need2Know are covered by a 28 day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us in new condition for a refund. Likewise if the product is damaged then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund.

How can I be kept up-to-date with your new titles?
If you want to be kept up-to-date with our future titles, email your details to sales@n2kbooks.com and we will add you to our mailing list. Your address or email details will be retained by Need2Know to advise you of future titles and offers. They will not be supplied to third parties.

Do you accept author proposals?
Need2Know encourages new authors to submit work that provides advice and information on real life issues. Each book has between 20,000 and 25,000 words and are up to 100 to 150 pages in length; these are published in soft back format. The timescale involved in writing a book would be 10 weeks to complete the manuscript, 1 month for alterations and then the book is complete. An advance of £250 will be paid on commission of the manuscript and another £250 also on publication; thereafter royalties on sales will be paid.
