The registered office for Forward Press Ltd is Remus House, Coltsfoot Drive, Woodston, Peterborough, PE2 9JX.

2. Guarantee

All products that are purchased from Need2Know are covered by a 28 day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us in mint condition for a refund. Likewise, if the product is damaged then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. No refund option is available for e-books.

3. Despatch

Orders for printed books are normally despatched within five working days. Pre-publication orders will be despatched five to seven working days from the publication date (unless already in stock). Orders are despatched by Royal Mail first/second class, or courier (for parcels of six or more titles) to UK addresses.  Airmail or courier to overseas.  E-books: a link to download your e-book will appear on the ‘Transaction Results’ page once your transaction has gone through.

4. Privacy

When you place orders with our website, we collect certain personal information from you (e.g. your name, email, payment address). This information is not passed on to any third parties. However, we may use this information to keep you up-to-date with new titles. Please email sales@n2kbooks.com if you wish to opt out of this communication.

5. Copyright

All rights are reserved by Need2Know for the copyright in the material on this website unless otherwise stated. It is permitted to copy data only for the purpose of viewing the data on-line, or to provide a printed image of the pages for personal use. Any such printed copy may not be further reproduced by any means. No other copies may be taken by any other means without prior written consent of the owner of the copyright. Under no circumstances may copyrighted material be used for gain by another party.

E-books: once you have downloaded and saved your e-book, you are not permitted to print it or forward it as an attachment in an email.
