Delivery to UK Addresses

Delivery to UK addresses is 99p per order no matter how many items you order.

Orders placed Sunday to Friday at 2pm will be despatched within 24 hours, other orders will be desptached on the next working day.

All orders are sent Royal Mail First Class and should be delivered within one working day of despatch.

Delivery to Overseas Addresses

We can deliver to virtually any address in the world. Delivery charge is calculated is based on the weight of your order - simple click the Calculate Shipping button in your basket.

All overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Airmail service.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You may return new and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please note that if you downloaded an eBook as part of your purchase of a physical book, we will deduct the price of the eBook before we calculate your refund.

No refunds can be made for eBooks once they have been downloaded.
