Author Information

Sara Kirkham is a nutritionist, lecturer and writer, and has over 20 years experience developing and running weight loss programmes. She spent several years working in the health and fitness industry, helping people to lose and maintain weight through diet and exercise, and developed weight loss courses for several health club companies, including David Lloyd Leisure. Sara has written and delivered nutrition modules for colleges and universities, and writes nutrition articles for newspapers and websites. She has also had research published in the Journal of Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism, and is already a published author.

With 20 years experience in helping people to change their diet and lifestyle to lose weight, a first class honours degree in Nutritional Medicine, and a background in exercise instruction, Sara aims to capture all that expertise, information and experience in this book, creating the ultimate guide to weight loss.
