Author Information

David Lambourne has had a wide experience in preparing students for public examinations. Before taking early retirement David had a long and successful career in teaching in secondary education, was head of the humanities faculty of a large south coast comprehensive school and represented the teachers of East Sussex on the history panel of the South East Regional Examinations Board (C.S.E.). David now writes articles and gives talks on aspects of local history. He lives in the heart of the historic market town of Boston, Lincolnshire.
