This book is well detailed with lots of information about Pilates. I already have a pilates dvd but that just dives straight into the exercises. This book covers the basics and principles of pilates, teaching you about your body and positioning so you get the most out of the exercises. The exercises themselves are easy to follow with simple illustrations showing the positions, and each exercise has three levels of difficulty so it covers all abilities.
