Susie Perry has a degree in food science and a diploma in nutritional therapy. During her research, Susie helped set up and complete a pilot clinical trial investigating the effects of vitamin B6 and magnesium supplementation on women suffering from PMS. The success of the pilot led to a full-scale clinical trial which was published in the Journal of Women's Health & Gender Based Medicine in 2000.
Susie has lectured in PMS and been a clinical tutor at three of the UK's leading colleges of nutritional therapy. She has over 13 years of clinical experience working as a nutritional therapist in clinics teaching women with PMS, endometriosis, PCOS and menopause how to successfully manage their symptoms.
