‘I have tried many of the excellent ways to reduce stress advocated in Stress – The Essential Guide. Frances Ive explains it’s possible to become addicted to stress and how important it is to recognise your symptoms and see that it’s not necessary to listen, read or watch the news all the time. The book also tells us that we need to watch our negative ways of coping and replace them with healthy exercise, meditation and good diet. A helpful book.' Lynne Franks, celebrity and founder of SEED, the women’s business support network, in The Daily Mail
