Writing Poetry - The Essential Guide Expert/Press Reviews

'This is not the book for those of you who feel your poetry is so brilliant that it needs no working on whatsoever, or believe not one single word must be changed from your original thoughts. This is the book for those of you who appreciate that writing poetry is an art form, a discipline, that needs to be developed and that the real poet never stops learning and experimenting with words, their expressive quality and his ability to use them. Kenneth takes you through all aspects of poetry - starting by asking “What is poetry?” He discusses the various poetic forms, dwells on poetry’s ability to help in the healing process and explores poetry for children. He also writes of the various outlets that are available, ending with a comprehensive help list and book list. Writing Poetry is an extremely useful book for the genuine poet.' Vanitypublishing.info
