Sara Kirkham is a nutritionist, lecturer and writer, and has over 20 years of experience developing and running weight loss programmes. Sara has written and delivered nutrition modules for colleges and universities, and writes nutrition articles for newspapers and websites. She has also had research published in the Journal of Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism, and is already a published author. 
With 20 years of experience in helping people to change their diet and lifestyle, a first class honours degree in Nutritional Medicine and a background in exercise instruction, Sara aims to capture all that expertise, information and experience in this book, creating the ultimate guide to weight loss.

I love this book. a book about losing weight by improving your eating habits, and not just following a strict diet. This book sticks to healthy eating, has loads of tips to gradually improve your eating habits, and steers well clear of fad diets. This book is written with health and nutrition in mind, and keeping the weight off once it's gone. The sections are clear and easy to read.
